I have been working in an administrative setting for six years. Recently, I worked as a Human Resource Personnel in an academe setting where I handled administering of payrolls through a Human Resource program, writing communications such as interoffice memorandums, resolutions, employment contracts and other formal letters. I was also responsible of recruiting qualified employees and retaining them through developing a compensation plan that motivates each employee to give an exceptional performance aligned with the school's mission and vision.
I was also a Customer Service Representative in Metrobank, a commercial bank in the Philippines. I processed bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, outbound and inbound checks. One of my important work experiences at the bank was taking responsible of
