I am an accomplished Level 3 Support Specialist which provided me with excellent customer service and communications skills. Further more, my 2 year-experience from previous employment as an Administrative Assistant has also taught me clerical and sales skills as well as developing management skills that I can apply for the said job posting.
I am well versed with PC applications such as MS Office applications, OpenOffice and Google Docs. I am also a team player with a CAN-DO attitude and a fast learner.
I am a goal-oriented individual who is looking forward in excelling in the above position, that is why I believe that the company will benefit from hiring me.
I have 12 years of Customer Service experience in different fields such as furniture sales, apparel and call center (BPO) field, which I can utilize as a primary tool to promote customer service in the organization.
