Profile Description

I started working as a Customer Service Specialist in 2006 for a VOIP account. After a year and 3 months, I transferred and was
was accepted as a Provider Care Specialist for a healthcare provider in the US.
I only talk to doctors and nurses about their patient’s healthcare plan. With strong dedication, I was given an award for being a quality player with 100% score of client monitoring. Then I transferred toa well known credit card company which is closer to home.
I worked as a Cards Care Specialist wherein I answer customer’s inquiry about their credit card. My hard work was paid off when I was given an award as the employee with the highest scorecard, highest customer experience percentage and highest compliance. Unfortunately, I have to resign after a year due to my complicated pregnancy. Months after giving birth, I decided to look for a job. I was accepted in an Online English Institute in Korea as a Class Manager. I make sure that teachers and students are present and having classes. I submit daily report at the end of the day. Then I transferred to a different home-based company as a Quality Assurance Specialist for a medicine account in the US. After 6 months, they transferred me to a different department as a Recruiting Officer. I call potential students and set appointments with my adviser.
With the different fields of my work experiences, I believe that I can be a strong candidate for this position because I always strive for continued growth and excellence.
