Profile Description
I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a US based telephone company for almost 2 years. I was also trained to take calls for order entry. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for a US based Credit company for more than 2 years. My most recent job was a Risk Operations Analyst at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Philippines. As a Risk Operations Analyst, my responsibility is to prevent loss by making sure that deposited checks of the customers are valid/legitimate. It is done by thorough analysis and investigation of the customer's account, validating the check with the issuer, paying bank and the payee as needed.
