I was employed in the customer service industry for many years and am very proficient in writing, transcription and communication. My work experience includes technical support, sales, billing, and voice transcriptions. I also worked as a supervisor, handling efficient and effective customer relations, and implementing specific project quality standards thru research and application of best solutions. Working freelance is a new experience for me and i am very excited to see what i can do for and how i can help my clients.
I am a purpose-driven individual and am very confident that i will be able to make us of my customer and client service experience to the best of my abilities.
