After a year receiving my degree from the Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology, I started working at Stellar Philippines, Inc for Jetstar Airways. After two months of working as a Telephone Reservations Agent I passed the examination and moved to Customer Care Department as an analyst. My responsibilities include addressing customers’ concern/complaint, proofreading and live chat. Through these interactions, I learned how to manage my time appropriately and to think creatively.
