I started my professional career as a Research Assistant at the College of Engineering, University of the Philippines where I also worked as Lecturer. Later, I spent many years at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (D.E.N.R.) conducting numerous research in the application of remote sensing technology to natural resources management. I have written published technical papers in the field of remote sensing and aerial photographic interpretation.After spending more than twenty (20) years in public service, I joined the private sector where I held top executive positions in several real estate companies.
