I am working as a Support Services Specialist for almost 7 years now. I do support, diagnose and troubleshoot computers and tools of other agents through remote monitoring. I do manage ticketing requests within a ticketing and case management CRM environment. I do monitor agents to provide feedback on technical and user end issues. I do generate scheduled reports and/or accounting measures of call and customer data. I am also good in doing Data Entry jobs because I've worked as an Order Entry specialist for 6 years. With that kind of job you need to have a very good attention to detail because there is no room for mistakes when you are dealing with invoices. Also I experienced and possess non-tech case analysis and troubleshooting skills to identify new issues and if possible provide solutions. I have knowledge in using Shopify to manage a website for a friend.
