I am currently working as a recruitment senior assistant for a multi-national
company in line with 3 businesses such as process outsourcing, IT solutions and management consulting. I review resumes and conduct interviews for potential candidates for our requirements. I maintain job and event postings in online job boards such as JobStreet and Monster. I also organize recruitment events for our employee-referral program. I have advanced skills in using Microsoft Office applications and in utilizing social media sites for promotion. I have basic skills in using Adobe Photoshop which I use in doing school projects and presentations back in college.
