Profile Description

As a Psychology graduate I've gone through different fields of experiences. I have knowledge in teaching in Nursery, Elementary and college. I gain high experience in Guidance Counseling in a University and Drug Rehabilitation Center. During my University days i was awarded as one of an Effective Communicator in a Workplace. I know how to work in Sales with different products and real estates through phone calls and emails to persuade people. I have enough knowledge in these following skills: dealing and handling customers, clients, and representatives from different organizations politely and effectively in person or in phone calls with their inquiries and other concerns; receive, preparing, making and distributing emails to different customers, clients and organizations;
receive and transfer all the incoming calls and outgoing international calls to concerned party using PA BX (12 lines) and arranging conference calls, evaluate and screen incoming phone calls; arranging, scheduling and interviewing applicants; responsible enough for the computer works such as data encoding and typing jobs with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, printing, scanning and internet manipulations.
