Profile Description

I have a vast experience in the field of Customer Service, Education, HR and Recruitment and Leadership and Management. An experienced call center agent, call center manager and HR Manager being in the industry for 12 years. I have managed Phones, Email and Chat support agents. In the Online World, I have a great experience as a VA for 4 years and 3 Years as VA Manager. I manage, monitor and organize all tasks and responsibiIities of all VA.  When working as VA my scope was Holistic. From Data Entry to recruitment to email marketing and all administrative tasks specially working with spreadsheets for reports. I Also have a Good Background on Lead Generation as Manager and previously a Lead Gen Specialist. I Also have great experience in Process Improvement and Project Management, being able to create and implement new process for the betterment of the contact center. Few years ago, I had the opportunity to work as a Business Process Analyst. Analyzing what the contact center needs and provide plans and analysis to improve certain operational processes. I am also a skilled Instructor having experienced teaching in the university for 3 years and doing English tutorials for foreigners both at the office and at home. I am hardworking and is willing to work 16 hours a day to get the job done. I am results oriented and my principle is to ensure results are obtained effectively and efficiently. I do part time job but would prefer full time. I want to grow and plan to stay long with a company creating good relationship with internal and external clients. I want to help and continuously grow with the business.
