I started working with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in 2009. I started with Teleperformance. I was a customer service representative for a telecom account. I have handled phone calls mainly about inquiries, activations, order entry, billing, complaints and providing customer satisfaction. I have had numerous experiences in a call center world and have handled different types of accounts/clients like:
AT&T (billing/customer service),
Telstra/Bigpond (technical support/Billing/Activation/Customer Support)
depending on the account we were assigned to. Basically, all these accounts have made a great impact in honing my skills to provide excellent job. I also learned how to provide great results in a timely and efficient manner with a great quality of service. Also, I'm above average when it comes to English language, oral and written communication skills.
With regard to my skills in computer applications, since I had a lot of experience as a customer service/technical support, I can say I am proficient with various applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, browsers like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and some MAC OS and email servers like Outlook, Windows Mail, etc.
And with that said, I am confident that my skills and experiences could make great contributions to your organization.
