I have over four years of experience in data management and administrative support, with a strong background in both healthcare and sales environments. From April 2023 to September 2024, I worked as a Healthcare Data Specialist. I was responsible for digitizing patient records, maintaining organized data storage systems, monitoring electronic communications (email and eFax), and attaching lab results to patient profiles. I also played a key role in onboarding new staff, identifying training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness through feedback.
