I have worked as a call center agent for the past 5 years and I have been assigned to different tasks. I have worked as a customer service representative, telemarketer, collections specialist, and administrative assistant. In my years of experience, I have developed excellent English skills and my ability to adapt to any kind of work environment. I also have some knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Paint, etc. I know some basics in
Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, and LiveCycle Designer - I cannot say that I am an expert in those applications that I have mentioned but I can confidently state that I can get better at it if required by my job. I always look for opportunities to improve my skills and get better at what I do.
I take pride of being self-reliant (most of the time) and very resourceful. Whenever something is not clear to me, I always ask and try to clarify things first before taking action. I have always been a good team player but I can definitely work on my own as well.
