Profile Description

Currently working as Demand Fulfillment Coordinator under the Supply Chain Department of Timex Philippines Incorporated, an American industrial firm based here in Cebu, Philippines. I've been in this position for 5 years now, where my primary job responsibilities includes answering Customer order inquiries, complains and other request through emails and phone conversation. I am responsible for all activities related to order fulfillment and its accountability in providing feedback to all Account counterparts in their order status, timely delivery, after sales support and ensures that all customer requirements are met. Accounts handled includes, Asia Pacific, Brazil, Canada, and US.
