I've worked in manufacturing companies on repair analysis engineering field capable of printed circuit board troubleshooting for computers, laptop, notebook, netbook, land GPS, naval and aero navigation tolls as well as on computer electrical and mechanical repair. Expert on Microsoft office application such as Word, Excel and Power Point and pretty good in Photoshop. I've been writing articles during early age in school and company news paper/letter.
I've worked on lots of different websites both for research and writing content for them. I've worked for almost seven years in one of prestige BPO company in the Philippines. I have various experiences in Contact Center exposure like telemarketing, sales and auditing, online troubleshooting, handling billing issues and disputes and providing Customer Relationship Management in outsourcing field. Dependable, optimistic and trustworthy are the characteristics that mainly describe myself. My expertise includes strong hands-on technical skills with research and deep analysis. I am highly skilled in Microsoft application, object-oriented analysis, data entry and writing. I am keen when it comes to details and outcome when given project.
