First of all, I am a person with strong personal skills. I have the tendency to think and plan FIRST before acting to help reduce the chance for costly errors, as well as keeping a steady workflow going. I am a rosk-taker. I fight for what I believe is right. As long as I am on track I will absolutely follow my instincts and principles in life. I believe that in a certain workplace, COOPERATION is needed so as to that I am willing to engage in interpersonal work. I am one of the innovative people who brings a fresh perspective in the company I am working for and this includes the ability to keep on task and complete projects without becoming distracted or bored because I am Discipline. One of my skills is to have a high aspiration levels and work hard to achieve goals. I have a good attitude to predict counterproductive work behaviors and job performance which includes a tendency to positively impact social situations by speaking my mind to help others have a unique opinion coming
from me. I do have a positive attitude towards work and well-organize to documents, files,
