I have gained extensive experience in Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Report Preparations, Payroll, Financial Analysis, Internal Auditing, Project Management, Business Planning and Analysis, and other Finance related functions. My current position in a well respected university have trained me well in dealing with the needs of top management and different work units as I initiate the university’s budget preparation and monitoring system and prepare comparative financial analysis. I was also very fortunate to be entrusted with the preparations of several university endeavors. My other past experiences also honed me in the area of office and project management and helped me developed my decision making skills, strategic analysis and ability to work effectively under pressure.
I have good Microsoft Excel and Word skills, I am proficient in creating several reports using Pivot tables and several Excel Functions. I can navigate into any Accounting software as I have experience using POS Systems, Peachtree Accounting, Quickbooks, Accountsware System, Campus++ and ERIC (Enhanced Resource Information Control) System, SAP Business One (Accounting) and can easily adapt into a new one if necessary.
As an MBA Graduate, I have also honed my craft in creating PowerPoint presentations and several Business Plans. I have also been trained under ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and Total Productive Maintenance.
