I have been a call center agent for 6 years, within those years I've handled different job positions from, customer service, to technical support; chat support, email support and even operational support. I've worked for different companies in the call center industry, Harte-Hanks, VXI Global, PeopleSupport, and Branders.com. I have skills in MS Office specifically MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint. I have my own blog with Blogger which I maintained for quite some time, I don't have advance skills with them but I can move around it. I've also done article writing for essays.ph in which my skills for SEO were honed and trained.
