I've been working as a Virtual Professional Assistant for 4 years. I had a client in the real estate industry. I was the Transaction Coordinator of the team and I handled the contract-to-close process, preparing paperwork such as listing documents and lease agreements. I am proficient in using DocuSign, zipForm, Google Apps (Voice, Docs, Sheets, etc), PDF editor, and MLS.
I also assisted a businesswoman in California to grow her Amazon business. I was in charge of product inventory and logistics, product listings management, and customer service. Some of the tools I am trained with are Amazon Seller Central, Google Sheets, Helium10, Slack, Shopify, and Trello.
