For more than 7 years I have been helping and Wowing customers through exceptional call handling skills. Being a Dell Certified SystemS Expert did not only allow me to excel in phone soft skills, but also in delivering fast technical resolution for computer users at home or small offices.
I also have developed a fairly competent sales-skill that is up to par with the current market requirement.
