Profile Description

My professional experience is mostly in law and jurisprudence and public policy. I have extensive experience in governance and public policy planning and analysis. In the private sector, I have recently started in the contact center and business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. My areas of work have been in auto-insurance and e-commerce development.
As a jurist, my areas of expertise are in International Law, International Human Rights (IHR) Law, Conflicts of Law (or what some call Private International Law), Intellectual Property (IP) Law, Internet Law, Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, and Labor Law. As a public policy analyst, my areas of experience are in environmental policy planning, climate change and global warming, cultural mapping, national security studies, strategic intelligence analysis, and agrarian reform policy.
My specialization is Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), with further sub-specialization on special issues in online defamation, e-commerce transaction disputes over item quality and delivery and/or over payment issues, disputes over online Intellectual Property (IP) Infringement, and resolution of conflicts of law on the internet.
