I have almost three years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. Initially, I assisted an investor in the US for two years by making cold calls on their behalf. Currently, I'm supporting a real estate agent in Canada, handling tasks like circle prospecting, calling FSBO (For Sale By Owner), and managing Expired Lists. Alongside these duties, I also edit basic social media content using Canva, do administrative data entry, keep an eye on MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and analyze comparable homes or create CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis). I specialize in cold calling, which is where my expertise lies.
