Profile Description

I am a Bachelors of Science in Nursing graduate. I have passed the Nursing Board Exam last 2009. Having passed a Berlitz exam and my IELTS exam with an over all bond score of 7.5, I am indeed proficient in written and oral English. I have worked for a Military Hospital here in Philippines where I have demonstrated duties that are service oriented, tasks that require presence of mind, good judgement, multi-tasking and mental alertness. I have also mastered patience because my job deals primarily with people and machines alike. Unlike machines, people have many quirks, needs and empathy.
My experience in the call center industry has definitely widened my horizon as I had to be talking with native American speakers with different accents, attitudes, demands and woes. It also made me learn mainly of quality customer service. It is where I have further acquired my multi tasking abilities, knowledge about email writing ( MSword Applications) and data entry skills.
Currently, I am working as an English teacher in a Korean Academy. I teach basic English to beginners (ages 7-21).
