I've been with to two call centers already for 3 years, from Qualfon and now, Converygs. On these 2 call centers, I've been to email and chat support. I know how to interact and pacify a customer. I can work on their needs and demands with confidence and knowledge.
On the other
hand, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology last March, 2010. Thus, making me computer literate and techy.
