Profile Description

I started working after I graduated in College.
I have dealt with inventory of stocks first while being an assistant to my Aunt, it helped me be cautious of all the stocks that go in and out since we are in the field of sales. I also learned how to handle money in a cashiering point of view.
I also managed a restaurant/bar thus I honed my skills in handling people and also knew how to deal with the legalities of setting up a business and making sure that we keep people coming with our promos.
I have been working in the BPO or call center industry for 5 years already.
I have been with different kinds of accounts and learned a lot of things about each account and how they work.
I have been with a technical account that dealt with internet connection.
I have been with a sales account.
I have been with a software account as well.
I have been with an email account too, which I loved the most. And also with a financial account. I have learned that respect, integrity, excellence, loyalty and service should be the core traits of any employee.
