I am an accomplished administrative professional, Customer Service, and sales professional over the past 18 years. I provided high-level support in a variety of industries like; Manufacturing, Automotive, and Real Estate. As a sales professional, I deal with clients and solving problems most of the time, I have strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills. I have demonstrated the ability to welcome guests in a considerate manner be it in person, over the phone, or through email. Can deal effectively with customers of different backgrounds, respond to concerns and resolve issues, perform verification and maintain records of all clients. My education and work experience have enabled me to understand and manage administrative work efficiently, with minimum or no supervision. I have a long experience in using Microsoft Office, Cloud-Based Tools, Social Media Marketing, I am independent, proactive, and flexible and can work without constant supervision.
