I am proficient in using Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I also had experience using proprietary client-based software like Oracle and Kronos as well as minor backgrounds in web content using CSS and Wordpress.
My 10 years of experience in the teaching field and BPO industry also gave me opportunities to hone my skills in people relations, technical and non-technical writing, computer troubleshooting (hardware and software), and critical and root-cause analysis.
My non-formal skill also includes amateur photography (www.facebook.com/eyetoai), which I believe can be used to further add flavor to my articles if the need arises.
