Profile Description

I have excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. I had an extensive experience working as a customer service and tech support agent and as a team leader in the call center industry for almost 6 years. My experience as a team leader has made me adept in basic Microsoft office applications and my 4 years as a business support and operations staff has improved my skill set. I also have prior experience involving sale and marketing from my first job here in Iloilo. I have a perceptive ability to address customer service related concerns, and with direct interaction to clients and customers I have improved in demonstrating empathy while consistently working with them towards commitment. I also have an efficient work ethic in terms of organizing time and job responsibilities, data gathering, improved soft skills and is very particular in accuracy and productivity related to work flow.
