Profile Description

I had worked for Convergys Philippines as a technical support representative for nearly two years. I handled Hewlett- Packard (printers) and Time Warner Cable (internet) as our clients. Inbound and outbound call for technical issues and a sales oriented account.
Having been able to work in a call center environment I could definitely say that I can work with pressure and provide an excellent outcome. My English skills be it with written or spoken is exceptional. With this kind of industry I learned and adapted to be a goal-oriented agent.
I'm a computer savvy, knows how to work with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I do know a bit about Adobe Photoshop and HTML.
I'm a work-driven person, I would always aim for the best and very much meticulous with my work. I would always want to learn things. As a Marketing Management graduate, I can initiate strategies and be able to manage Marketing plans.
