Profile Description

I spent the best 10 years of my corporate life with Holcim Philippines, Inc. - Davao plant. My entry position in Holcim was Executive Assistant of the Vice President for Operations which I held for six years before getting promoted as HR Specialist for four years. While an Executive Assistant, I also acted as the Plant's Travel Coordinator, managing all tasks related to incoming and outgoing local and international travel. I was the bridge between our partner hotels and our employees, executives, and guests. My four years with the HR department allowed me to experience a little bit of everything in the HR field. Working for Holcim has made me experience great world-standard training like DDI's Customer Service Plus, and gave me hands-on experience on various standard methods like Project Management Approach and Targeted Selection Recruitment Process. While working with Holcim, I also experienced how to use the following SAP modules: PP, FICO, and HR. My Holcim job experience also strengthened my personality and character by working with a vast variety of employees, local and ex-pat. It's streamlined organization has trained me to work at my best.
