Profile Description

I have experience working as a customer/technical support representative in a Business Process Outsourcing company. I assisted customer via phone, email and chat. My responsibilities included assisting customer in basic troubleshooting, inquiry and sales concern.
I am a person who values commitment. When I engaged myself into something I make sure that I always give my best shot.
Before working in a BPO company as a technical support representative some people told me that being a nurse is a hindrance in this kind of industry. I proved them wrong, being a nurse gives me an advantage instead among other employees. My college course may not be related to any technical courses but I pass all the technical exams and communication enhancement throughout the training period. I was able to adapt my new working environment as a call center agent. There are factors that other
people in the BPO company
may find it difficult to adjust, like working night shift, working until weekends and even holidays but for my case I am already prepare for all this stuff.
I can say that my experience working in a BPO industry is one of a kind.I hope this will be another opportunity for me to
improve my knowledge and skills I would appreciate having more opportunities for personal and professional growth.
