I graduated last March 2013. I am very eager to work immediately to practice what I have learned in college. When I was hired with Offsourcing Philippines, we undergone Language training and assessment. I passed ans was then advise to proceed to the account training.
Being a customer service consultant taught me to put myself in the shoe of the members/ customers. I am willing to learn every process to provide assistance for the company to succeed.
