I am currently a college undergraduate taking a degree in BA Communication Arts at the University of the Philippines. Saying that, I can write in English and Filipino fluently, although my speaking skills are still a work in progress. If it helps any, I can also speak in Ilocano, and am planning to learn Japanese as well. I don't have much experience in taking writing jobs from other people, but taking one's probably going to be a good experience in helping with making my communication skills more competitive.
