I have five years of solid experience as a General/Administrative Virtual Assistant, and an Amazon Virtual Assistant. I am knowledgeable with Seller Central account management, and Brand Registry. I am able to do product listings, open cases with Amazon through email support and phone support, create shipment, download reports, daily listing check, upload products via flat file, request reimbursements, and other Seller Central related tasks that are needed for account management. I am also able to do private sourcing both for Retail Arbitrage and Private Label. Acquire accounts from wholesale suppliers is also one of the things I am knowledgable at.

As a General Virtual Assistant, I have also worked for a 911 services company and my main tasks were calendar management using Google Calendar, book flights and hotels, quality assurance and customer service as well. I am also knowledgable with administrative task with the use of Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
