working for costumer service industries for 14 years i can say that this is my passion,this is where i'm good at.i have worked as a call center agent for australian account's (Telstra and Virgin australia) when i was in the Philippines.I handled prepaid mobile activation,complaint handling and general inquiries for telstra. as for virgin australia i worked as a travel representative and my job includes flight bookings,rescheduling and all inquiries regarding travel. my stint with the 2 companies lasted for one year and the remaining 13 years of my work experience was spent in retail stores where i acted as a contact person for all sales and aftersales transaction regarding two way radios (NEXTEL).aftersales transactions includes resolution of general billing,technical transaction such as minor repairs of units and service related problem encountered by customers.With all these experiences i can say that i excel in giving excellent customer service
