Profile Description

I have worked for 10 years in various fields. I spent 6 years of my career working for BPO's as an agent, a supervisor and team leader for several projects. I have intensive experience in sales, sales trainings, project management, appointment setting, market research, and customer support. I was also in broadcast media where I worked as a radio dj. I created events such as concerts and some corporate functions in Cebu City. In my last job, I handled 12 managers and over 400 data entry employees at a Europe-based Information Processing company. I was the Senior Project Manager for Project Planning and Manpower Development. I am currently a freelance events host.
