I spent most of my professional career working as a Market Researcher / Virtual Assistant in a Call center here in the Philippines that mainly is focused in providing Administrative services in small to medium sized business in the US, Canada and Australia.
Being on the internet everyday has been part of my daily routine and has always been something I enjoy doing everyday. It has become my passion to collect all types of data that fits my client's criteria and build up a lead list either for the purpose of telemarketing or prospecting.

Keller Williams Realty San Diego | Lead Generator - I go through different Real Estate websites and collect information about For Sale by owner and For rent by owner leads according to my employer's criteria. I am provided with a specific criteria as to the type of leads that they'd only be interested such as Price range, County, Type of propety, Property condition and Market Value. I work off an excel spread sheet and compile the property address and phone number of the qualified Lead.
Exit Realty Los Gatos CA | Virtual Assistant - I go to Craiglist, Backpage Kijiji and FSBO to compile a list of For Sale by owners. This type of lead would be someone that are sellng the property on their own and does not want to work with a agent to avoid paying commission. I gather their phone number, Name and property description and compile it an excel spreadsheet.
Www.UmYum.com | Data Researcher - I help a team of Five Telermarketers generate a list for them to call on a specific industry. I go through different Directory Websites such as www.yellowpages.com, www.manta.com, www.data.com, www. superpages.com and compile a list of business to call such as Local Restaurants, Grocery stores and Retail Stores. I would compile the information into an excel spreadsheet like Business name, Contact person, Email address and Phone number.
