Profile Description

I've been a Data Encoder at Datamine for few months before the company decided to shut off, I encode information from the
company client's documents using company's in-house software.
I've worked as a MIS Staff / IT staff in Wellcom, a Cellphone company wherein I am assigned with the computer hardware inventory and help with the hardware troubleshooting of employees computer, setting up meetings with suppliers/vendors such as ISPs, multifunction printer, etc. I'm also the one issuing the POS machines with store branch manager.
My recent job was with RingCentral, a VOiP company in US as an Implementation Adviser, my responsibilities were getting in touch with company's new signed up clients and help them in setting up their phone system for 30 days or less, giving them follow-up calls to make sure that their system is working well for their needs and also take in calls from the clients that I'm implementing to attend to their concerns and help them with the best solution.
Aside from these experiences I've had, I also know some photoshop, I used to layout for friends and family. I have a little knowledge with web designing and its actually one of my passion and one of my plan is whenever I have the opportunity, I'll be enrolling to a web developing class.
I'm eager to learn and whenever I don't know or understand things, I'm not hesitant to ask. I'm new to this online job and I'm looking forward to have a stable job with a company whom I can build my career.
