I am currently, a Quality Analyst from an Insurance company (Accident and Health Insurance; Travel Insurance). I am very keen to details as I am auditing both data entries, analysis and decision from claims adjuster and examiner. I am also knowledgeable with MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point for reporting and documentation purposes. Before I moved to the Quality Team, I was a Supervisor of a team composed of at least 10 persons where I have learned SLA management and Team Leadership. Aside from these, I have developed Good Communication and Customer Service being exposed to meetings with our foreign partners from Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and the local Philippines through email, phone or in person. With previous employment as a Documentation Administrator, I have learned Process Documentation using MS Visual Studio and Excel. I have also worked as a Technical Support Representative where I gained my Networking skills particularly with Linksys products.
Being a graduate of a BS in Information Management, I also know how to program business systems using MS Visual Basic and MS Access; and building websites and writing in them through HTML. As my major is under the College of Business and Management, I was taught of using MYOB premiere (an accounting information system), Accounting, Marketing and Economics.
I believe that with the equipped knowledge and experience, I will be able to carry out what is expected of me.
Being a competitive by nature, I make sure that goals are met both quality and productivity. I am also a fast learner so training will not be a problem and would be of great assistance to me.
I am hoping that I will be given a chance to be a part of your team which will also help me towards the greener pasture that I am seeking for.
