Profile Description

Being engaged in Customer Service field for over eight years now, I can already say that I am experienced, capable, and possesses a strong knowledge on office stuffs specializing in customer service, logistics, administrative functions, and organizing team/department events.
Aside from these, my almost seven (7) years stay with Mekeni, I have honed my talent on communication skills.
Part of my task is to prepare communications/memorandums,
proposals and guidelines of new procedures, documentation and assessment/analysis report through MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
There were instances that I would be tasked to formulate forms, conceptualize presentation and gather materials
needed for the project.
These special skills and talent relative to literature, mass media production team and computer offices operations have helped me developed my business correspondence skill.
All these and more is usually achieve by being a team leader and at the same time, a team player to which I believe, I am.
