I've been a Customer Service Representative for almost 4years. I was able to engaged different tasks, problems, troubleshooting, presenting the pron and cons in able to have a good customer service and to satisfy the needs of the customer. For a year I've been a Customer Service Team leader acts as a supervisor. I was able to handle the Customer Service employee. I was also given the task to check and update some data, make some paper works, monitoring, presenting some possible ideas for the good of the company. I have self motivation, self confidence, performing in multi tasking.I'm good in MS Excel, MS Word and other simple computer encoding.
