Profile Description

I'm a Computer Engineering graduate batch 2002 and currently employed in a software development company as Section Manager. Current task is more on monitoring and control of the projects assigned to our team as well as creating weekly/monthly reports. Given these tasks, I got to know a lot about MS Offices applications like word, excel and powerpoint. I also have programming skills, since I initially started as software developer.
Aside from those stated above, I also have customer service skills which I acquired from my previous employer. I was a technical support agent (in-bound) handling computer troubleshooting account. This experience improved my communication skills and taught me what customer service is.
