Profile Description

For the past twenty years as school administrator, I supervised, trained, mentored, assessed and evaluated teachers.
Planned, managed and executed various activities for the faculty and students. I had developed the department’s annual budget and managed the academic and co-curricular activities of approximately 600 students.
I served as back-up teacher in the absence of teacher-in-charge. I also facilitated changes and improvements of instructional curriculum for collaborative learning.
In my teaching career, i taught English, Social Studies, Religious and Values Education. I possessed creativity in terms of adapting lesson plans to the needs of the students. I am also conscious to incorporate a variety of teaching strategies into lesson plans.
I am dedicated to using positive verbal techniques to excite students in their learning and
keen to solving problems and posses multi-tasking abilities. I worked productively and efficiently with fellow staff, parents and administrators.
I have a constant passion for learning and personal development.
Regarding my computer literacy, i have a hands on experience in Microsoft Office Application i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Internet navigation.
