I was involved with so many companies that helped me so much with my telephone skills. Basically, I did call customers and helped them out.
The most important thing that I learned was to be calm and relax when I talked to irate customers, it was really difficult to help someone with their problem if you do not see what is happening on their end, but with trainings and seminars it did help from time to time. The last company that I worked with experienced some downfall but luckily the management got a lot of clients just to save the company from closing. It meant that, some of us were asked to do some other things. Fortunately ,I was one of them. I was asked to do cold calling, data entry, link building, and data gathering. With
so much that I learned from it all I was grateful with these experiences because I can do a lot of things and contribute to any company that would think that I am capable enough to do what they want me to do.
I can work under pressure, and can work with less supervision. If I do not know what to do in a certain
situation, I researched for a solution but if that will not help I will ask. I know how to use MS Word and Excel. However, with excel not so much just the basic, but will glady welcome any help from you.
