Now I'm currently working with JPMorgan Chase Bank as a retail customer service support. I handle customers who calls in about banking and also online banking, I am equipped and trained to handle all types of customer and am trained to also change or flex my personality just to create a welcoming environment to my customer, aside from that i also need to make sure to handle the call in which i am able to take lead of the call and also calm and de-escalate calls when needed. I also need to make sure that I am able to give out the resolution in a timely matter.
