After I graduated college, my first job was an inbound call center agent. I take orders, answer product and service questions as well as giving other options. I was trained with different accounts so as to provide knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items and various marketing promotional services to the customers. I resigned after a year and took another customer service job. At first, my job was to reply to customer's queries about their orders through emails. After a few months the client decided to put a live chat option on their website. That's when I became a chat support representative.
