I am a very flexible person. I can compare myself to a cactus. I will survive in any place you put me because I am adaptable and sociable. I have been with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for a year and a month and the rest of the following years up to this date, I have been a media practitioner. I never planned to become a call center agent, specifically a technical support representative, nor a disc jockey / reporter (although I once dreamt of being of being one), but I think I was challenged with my career options that I became good at them. And one thing that I think is my secret in delivering my tasks and responsibilities very well, is that I work not just using my head, but I also work using my heart.
