Profile Description

Being with the call center industry taught me how to clearly define quality customer service, going an extra mile with how they are being assisted. Proper telephone
handling was always reiterated with the 4 companies that I have been employed. From my previous employer, Microsoft office, google drive, basecamp and salesforce were the systems that we use to work with, not to mention Yahoo, Google, Gmail and the social networks. However, from the accounts that I worked with years back, we used to do ticketing
for the airlines in the US and accommodation for hotels. Further, I was given the chance to learn the system of two major satellite cable tv providers from the US, from creating accounts, changing of viewing packages and guiding them through technical issues with their boxes.
For any given project or task or job, I am confident that given the right support and guidance especially while on the learning curve provides a quality outcome.
However, I do not know EVERYTHING about being a VA, but the interest and eagerness of learning more is always there.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
