I am knowleageable with MS applications. I was able to train call center agents from my previous company. I am a Quality Analyst and I have been providing feedback to the agents in such a way that I was able to let them understand the process and procedure that we need to meet. With this, my representatives were able to improve on their performance through the effective feedback that I was providing them. I can manage my time as I can complete 63 evalutions in 3 days and I can allot my 2 days to help out my co-QA's in completing their work to present a 100% completion rate to our clients.
